THE SINGING SNAPDRAGONS (A BOY BAND ODYSSEY)

Seven little snapdragons were swimming in the salt sea,

They climbed aboard my fishing boat, and sang sweet songs to me,

 I took them back to my dump,

Sat them out on a fresh stump,

Where the snapdragons all sang in cute boy band harmony.

IF I WERE A WALRUS

If I were a walrus, I would take ice and build a shack,

Then I would eat invertebrates, while lying on my back,

I'd eat snails and wiggle worms, 

Any spineless thing that squirms,

Sometimes I'd eat a seal, when food got scarce on my ice pack.

MAY THE DEAD CONCH REST IN PEACE

While looking for socks, I found me a conch shell under the bed,

Not sure how long it's been there, but I think the conch is long dead,

So I named its ghost, Freddy,

Hoped that death found it ready,

I promised to polish the shell up, and paint it barny red.

NESSIE EATS FLIP UP

The Loch Ness monster has ate the seahorse, named Flip,

From the time we were little, Flip was tied to my hip,

Nessie did my Flip wrong,

So I'll write Flip a song,

And, I'll get a new seahorse buddy, named Zip.

I FOUND THE LOCH NESS MONSTER IN MICHIGAN

I found the Loch Ness monster, swimming in Saginaw Bay,

I don't know how she got there, but her wake near swamped the quay,

Nessie really teases,

She swims where she pleases,

It's hard to tell where she'll be spotted, on a given day.

THE TURTLE, NORM AND ME

I was a ship captain and, my ship sank out on the sea,

The only two survivors were my parrot Norm, and me,

We swam to a deserted island spot,

That is as far as we ever got,

A sea turtle became our friend, and there we lived, all three.

VONNY FISH WITH BONNETS ON PUMPERNICKEL BREAD

I caught buckets full of Vonny fish, with bonnets on their heads, 

They taste great on a sandwich, made with pumpernickel breads,

Then with cheese and tartar sauce,

I teach the fish, who's boss,

And that's how I earned, my chef fish preparer creds.

The Turtle Life For Me

I like laying eggs in the sand,

Biting fingers off a human's hand

A swim in the sea,

Is the life for me,

I'm a turtle, in a shell, like I'm canned.

FISH FOOD, DINNER IS SERVED

I was having a yacht party,

But my boat, it sank at sea,

My guests got mad at me,

They got all wet, and gee,

The sharks came and we...

TEA AND SEA HORSEY

Living 22 meters below the sea,

There was a cute, little sea horsey,

It was a sea horse park,

Except for the shark,

Who ate the sea horsey as a snack, at tea.

SAMMY'S SANDCASTLE AND THE SEA

Sammy's sandcastle was built too close to the sea,
Along came a whitecap and it ceased to be,
Sammy was ticked,
Not for the location he picked,
But, at the water that set the sand grains all free.

JUNIOR EXPLORED HIS ID

Junior decided to explore his id,
But, found out his id was really a a squid,
So, Junior swam out to the sea,
To eat fish and be free,
And, do whatever all squids always did.
