ADRIATIC FOUND NOME

Adriatic the real nice Martian, ended his interplanetary roam,

He settled down in Northern Michigan, in a quaint, double wide, mobile home,

His neighbors were really mean,

Their gestures were obscene,

Adriatic moved away to charming Alaska, and settled down in Nome.

I heard a echo in my house,

It was the voice of Jingles, my late spouse,

Jingles said to me,

" You'll never be free,"

And "flush the toilet sometime, you louse".

ODE TO THE FLY

Out on the sofa, I thought I'd take a lie,

But I was bitten by a hungry, biting little fly,

He bit me on my nose, and took a tinkle on my tie,

He buzzed around my toes, and then he waved, goodbye,

So forever I'll be traumatised, until the day I die.
