George went fishing with some leeches,
Baited them like daddy teaches,
George got a bite,
But, didn't hold on tight,
Tonight He's eating peaches.

THE MANY MONSTERS OF FRANKLIN FRITZ

There were many powerful monsters, made by Franklin Fritz,

He created them from scratch, out of human, itsy bits,

His designs, won many awards,

Award money he put towards,

Building an army of monsters, their power based on hits.

THERE WAS A COLLEGE STUDENT NAMED DRAKE

There was a college student named Drake,
Over and over the same class he'd take,
The first time he got a "C",
The second time a grade "B",
He should get an "A" now for goodness sake.

MORT THE ROBOT-Limerick

There was a robot named Mort,
For a tin man he was real short,
He could not compute,
Or, do a square root,
He couldn't even write a report.

Mort was a real klutzy robot,
He was one since he was a tin tot,

He couldn't run in gym,
He would sink and not swim,
His circuits were covered with rot.

Mort went for years to robot school,
He still turned out to be a real fool,
He could not count past three,
Or, pronounce the letter "B",
Now, he's just someone's can opener tool.

SANTA CLAUS RODE ON HIS RED SLEIGH

Santa Claus rode on his red sleigh,
Bringing presents on Christmas day,
He couldn't hardly steer,
His rowdy reindeer,
Till he agreed to give them more pay.

BEN RAN-Limericks

Ben ran over a sharp wire,
It punctured right through his tire,
In just a little bit,
The wire the lightning hit,
That caused a massive car fire.

Ben hit a tree with his van,
It buckled up like a can,
Ben said he didn't care,
Then along came a bear,
Then on down the highway Ben ran.

THE WIND BLEW DOWN ALL THE TREES

The wind blew down all the trees,
It brought big men down on their knees,
The great thunder popped,
The windstorm stopped,
Then you could walk where you pleased.

A BEAR NAMED FLUFFY

There once was a bear named Fluffy,
She thought of herself as a toughie,
But when bitten by bees,
She fell from the trees,
Now her body is swollen and puffy.

THERE WAS AN OLD WITCH ON HALLOWEEN

There was an old witch on Halloween,
Her hair was black, here eyes were green,
She used her broom,
To sweep her room,
Her home was exceptionally clean.

No orange and no black,
Other witches fought back,
Turned the old witch into a money machine.

Mel and Bernie Bankers Thee,

THE FISH WITH JUST ONE FIN

There once was a fish with just one fin,
He swam around and around again,
All in circles he went,
Till his fuel was all spent,
Then a big catfish made him his din.

CAROLINE WAS THE LIGHT ON THE BAY

Caroline was the light on the bay,
When she left the light faded away,
I promised that I would change,
But, my voice was out of range,
Now my heart breaks with each passing day.

OF KITES AND KINGS

The reign of kings and dictates of the state,
Their engine speaks without review of choice,
The masses, millions,live from fate to fate,
Their cries are silenced by the nobler voice.

The technocrats, the learned contemplate,
Their, marbled halls and golden domes so grand,
Their seaside towns where they can recreate,
And, celebrate the powers in their hand.

The millions work and let their leaders play;
No land, no strength, no powers can they sight;
The rich man's clout shall rule beyond today;
The poor mans luck goes crashing like a kite.

The kings by choice, they soar above the ground,
By winds and strings the kites drift ever down.

A DOG WENT OUT AND SWAM IN THE BAY

A dog went swimming far out in the bay,
He caught a fish and swam back the same day,
He flopped the fish on the shore,
The fish flopped over twice more,
Then the fish swam far out and away,

THERE WAS A GIRL FROM TRAVERSE CITY

There was a girl from Traverse City,
Her eyes were bright her hair was pretty.
She laid in the sun,
Till she was well done,
Now her skin is all withered and gritty.
