I LOST THE SNOW FORT

I lost my snow fort to the rain and sun,

I guess snow fort season is completely done,

The neighbor dog attacked and I'm overrun,

The dog barks and bites, so he ain't much fun,

I'm going back inside to hug my hon,

Trina the snow-lady got hammered by storm,

It was blowy and snowy, real windy and warm,

Trina was no brainy,

And, when the snow became rainy,

Trina melted to water and showed her true form.

SPRING

Cold rainy weather makes us feel pain called, the cruds,

The arthritis pain, we fight with the suds,

We want mosquitos to bite,

To take our minds off our plight

While spring blooms bust out of their buds.

I AM A SMALL SPIDER

I am a small spider that got washed away,

Now I am stuck on the ground, in the wet clay,

So I'll swim like a duck,

Climb up from the muck,

Build me a web, and there my eggs I will lay.

WET SNOWMAN LIMERICK

My snowman was the best yet,

But then it rained and he got wet,

Then he turned to ice,

Which is kind of nice,

Now he never itches since he froze his head lice.

My bones are all in painy,

Cause it rainy, rainy, rainy

It puts hurt into my brainy,

I'll probably go insainy,

Overeat, then weight I'll gainy.

There was a leprechaun named Jane,

She sold sports cars,
Saved gold in quart jars,
And, made rainbows after each rain.
