THE SHOE FIXER

My shoes are failing, and falling completely apart,

I wrapped them up with duct tape, but they didn't look too smart,

I hired my cousin, Benny,

He fixes shoes for a penny,

Benny reworked my shoes, but I can't tell them apart.

THEY'RE COLORED GREEN; WILL I BE DE-FEETED?

All my pretty feet, are turning a real dark green,

Maybe there's a problem, with my flip, flopping spleen,

Is green a sign of foot woe?

Dead, green meat, and off they go?

And, I just bought new shoes, to celebrate Halloween.

MY SHOE GARDEN

I had a cabbage, growing in my tennis shoe,

That a cabbage could grow there, I just never knew,

It started crowding my toes,

I picked it, and had it froze,

In the deep freezer, I'll save the cabbage for stew.

FRIDAY NIGHT: SHOES, CHAINSAWS AND BEER

Some shoes bend left, some shoes bend right,

Shoes hurt like a chainsaw, if too tight,

My toes come in twos,

To fit left-right shoes,

Shoes take me out for beer and a bite.
